It’s Monday, what are you reading?—a weekly blog meme hosted by Sheila at Book Journey.
I hope everyone had a great week! I didn’t post at all last week because it was fall break and I spend the holiday in Hawaii (visited my brother and his family again, this time with my husband in tow). We had a fantastic time, of course 🙂
I didn’t read as much as I thought I would, of course, as usual. I did manage to finish George Packer’s The Unwinding, though, and I’m almost through the audio for The Girl with All the Gifts by M. R. Carey. I’m not entirely sure what I want to start tonight… being a mood reader it’s always a bit of an impulse, but two that are in the front-running to kick off December for me are The End of Your Life Book Club by Will Schwalbe and Everything I Never Told You by Celeste Ng.
What are you reading this week?
I wish my family spent the holiday in Hawaii! Unfortunately, we had to deal with the cold and snow. It was a still a lovely Thanksgiving, though. 🙂
As for reading, I just finished Wicked Bugs. I’m not sure what I’ll read next. It’ll probably be nonfiction.
I’ve been curious about The End of Your Life Book Club, so I’m looking forward to reading your review.
I ended up going with that one, already almost 50 pages in. I like it so far.
